After sharpening his attack on President Trump, Joe Biden turned his fire on 2020 rival Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who has taken a slight national lead in the Democratic primary contest.

“We’re not electing a planner,” the former vice president said in New Hampshire on Wednesday. “I’ve been there. I know what it takes to get it done.”
