D.C. residents are taking to the Web to clean up the streets. A group called the Hill Trash Mob started an online listserv to coordinate neighborhood and blockwide cleanups in the Capitol Hill area. Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner Brian Flahaven and local residents organized two cleanups last weekend, one at the Potomac Avenue Metro plaza and a second at a community garden near the Stadium-Armory Metro.
