Trump nearly tied with Clinton nationally

Donald Trump has nearly tied Hillary Clinton in a two-way match-up, according to a Fox News poll released late Friday.

The Democratic nominee leads the Republican candidate 46 percent to 45 percent in the Nov. 1-3 survey of registered voters. Clinton has fallen 3 points since the October poll, while Trump has jumped 1 point.

When Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson and Green Party nominee Jill Stein were added in, Clinton beat Trump by two points: 45 percent to 43 percent. Johnson took 5 percent and Stein took 2 percent. The outsider candidates lost a total 3 points, which Trump picked up 2 points and Clinton grabbed 1 point.

But Clinton’s lead in both polls is within the 3 percent margin of error, making the race too close to call for the former secretary of state.
