Judge Reggie Walton of U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia sentenced a Naval chief petty officer to more than eight years in prison Friday for trying to meet a 13-year-old Washington girl for sex.
Rodger Arntt Jr., of Seattle, received a 97-month prison sentence. A judge convicted him of seeking to have sex with an undercover police officer posing as a minor and traveling to have sex with a minor last September.
