Joe Biden will be joined by vice presidential running mate Kamala Harris for a campaign event for the first time.
The Democratic duo is expected to speak on Wednesday afternoon for the first time since Biden made his selection known a day earlier. They will be speaking together in Delaware, where Biden’s campaign has been centered since the coronavirus pandemic shut down much of the country.
