President-elect Trump lashed out at Arnold Schwarzenegger, the new host of “The Celebrity Apprentice,” for a drop in ratings of the first show of the season Friday.
Trump, who is still credited as being an executive producer on the show despite going into the White House, called himself a “ratings machine.”
“Wow, the ratings are in and Arnold Schwarzenegger got ‘swamped’ (or destroyed) by comparison to the ratings machine, DJT,” Trump said, referring to himself. “So much for being a movie star-and that was season 1 compared to season 14. Now compare him to my season 1. But who cares, he supported Kasich & Hillary.”

The Hollywood Reporter said about 4.9 million viewers tuned into the first episode of “The Celebrity Apprentice” on Monday. That’s down about 35 percent from Trump’s time hosting the show.
Schwarzenegger is now playing the role Trump played during his 14 seasons on “The Apprentice” series.
The former California governor fired back at Trump later on Friday morning, telling him to focus on being president.

I wish you the best of luck and I hope you’ll work for ALL of the American people as aggressively as you worked for your ratings.

Please study this quote from Lincoln’s inaugural, @realDonaldTrump. It inspired me every day I was Governor, and I hope it inspires you. pic.twitter.com/QRoOFTZfQ9
