The 20-year-old man charged Tuesday with shooting at a Baltimore County police officer had an open warrant for his arrest since August, court records show.

Joshua Whitney Bullock, 20, of the 300 block of S. Monroe Street in Baltimore, has been sought by Baltimore City police since Aug. 7 on a charge of felony theft. There are about 44,000 unserved warrants in Baltimore, police say.
