Pennsylvania state legislators file amicus brief in support of Texas election suit

A group of Republican legislators in Pennsylvania filed an amicus brief siding with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit before the Supreme Court alleging election fraud across a number of key battleground states.

State legislators accused the Pennsylvania Supreme Court of violating the Constitution by “offering extrajudicial guidance to the Commonwealth’s county boards of elections,” according to the brief filed Thursday evening.
