Democratic National Committee chair Donna Brazile said the Democratic Party has become a victim of Russian hackers seeking to destabilize American democracy.

Brazile became the DNC’s interim chair after leaked emails published by WikiLeaks effectively ousted former chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.
