Operation Homefront helping on the tech front

Operation Homefront last week delivered more than 40 new laptop computers to wounded servicemen and their families at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and Fort Belvoir. This week, the nonprofit is running a program that will provide military families with printers. Each time a customer buys a Lexmark printer (regularly priced at $199.99 or more) at an Office Depot store or on its Web site, Office Depot and Lexmark will donate a new Lexmark printer to Operation Homefront. Since its inception in 2002, Operation Homefront has provided more than $92 million of funding and services to programs benefiting military families.
