Rep. Chris Collins, R-N.Y., predicted Tuesday that Republicans would write a second memo to rebut the Democratic memo that rebuts the GOP’s first memo outlining surveillance abuses under the Obama administration.

“My guess is that after the Democratic rebuttal is released, and I’m confident it will be, you’ll probably see a Republican rebuttal to the rebuttal,” Collins said on CNN.
