A missing 12-year-old girl last seen at a Gaithersburg bus stop has been found in Prince George’s County.
Montgomery County police said Ana Garcia was found safe and unharmed on Wednesday.
She was last seen near Spiceberry Lane in Gaithersburg on Friday at about 3 p.m. She had reportedly told friends earlier in the day that she was running away to see her 18-year-old boyfriend. Ana’s parents didn’t approve of the relationship, her brother said.
The Redland Middle School student had apparently had her packed bags with her in class on Friday.
