Map: Here’s where Obamacare premiums are rising

The Obama administration announced Monday that Obamacare premiums will rise by an average 25 percent in the 39 states that use the federal insurance exchange instead of their own state marketplace.

The average increase drops a little when data from three states using their own exchanges is included, but even so, it amounts to a 22 percent increase.
