New Yorkers posted photos on various social media sites Monday night of what looks like a fire burning on top of One World Trade Center. However, the Fire Department of New York said the building is fine and that the phenomenon people are witnessing is just a lot of steam rising off the top.

Despite confirmations that the building was not in danger, worried Twitter users continued to post pictures that shows steam rising from the top of the 94-floor skyscraper. The building stands where the two World Trade Center towers were located before the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks destroyed them.
