Ohio school delays yearbook that shows obscenity

School administrators have discovered an unwanted farewell message containing a curse word hidden in the artwork on the cover of a suburban Cleveland high school yearbook.

The cover of the Shaker Heights High School yearbook is a creative interpretation of its “Red Raider” mascots drawn by an art student.

Principal Michael Griffith has sent students and their families a letter explaining that distribution of the yearbook had been suspended until the obscenity is fixed.

In the letter, the offending student has apologized.
