Virginia’s Department of Motor Vehicles service centers will display urgent notifications of missing or abducted children. The DMV announced a partnership with Virginia’s Amber Alert system to post the messages on monitors at its 74 customer service centers. Similar alerts for missing senior citizens already are posted at DMV offices. DMV Commissioner Richard D. Holcomb said about 19,000 customers visit the service centers daily. – AP
