Later today, President Obama will do one of those events where he appears with several people whose life experiences provide an example for the rest of us. The tech problems will, no doubt, be fixed. It will be expensive, of course, but since when has that deterred Washington from anything? And meanwhile, this is another opportunity for the president to appear before the American people to clear up things they do not understand (“…how the health care law is strengthening health benefits and coverage for Americans”) and discuss with them, in a forthright and non-partisan fashion, their shortcomings.
