Miss Virginia visits area schools

She’s got beauty, she’s got grace. And she’s also got a zero-tolerance alcohol policy.

Miss Virginia Caitlin Uze is scheduled to visit Prince William County’s Mountain View Elementary School Friday to give students the good ‘ol “just say no” message about alcohol, cigarettes and drugs.

Uze, 22, is an Arlington native pursuing a degree in social work at James Madison University. The program she’ll present is called “Healthy Lifestyles for Virginia Youth,” administered by the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

On Oct. 29, she made her first area stop to Arlington’s Gunston Middle School. She’ll hit Fairfax Villa and Willow Springs elementary schools on Dec. 10.
