Police arrived at the scene of a fight on March 14 and found Ruiz lying in a pool of his own blood with multiple stab wounds on his body.
A witness said she saw one of the Andres brothers fighting with Ruiz, and another brother came outside and helped drag Ruiz’s body into a residence before the two brothers, both Guatemalan nationals, sped away in a vehicle.

The brothers are facing life in prison and are being held without bail in Garland County, Arkansas.
The stabbing comes as President Joe Biden faces criticism for a surge of illegal immigration across the southern border of the United States since he took office, including a record number of unaccompanied minors being housed in detention centers.
