Deadly car wreck sparks Houston-area house fire

HOUSTON (AP) — A driver has died in a Houston-area car wreck that started an unoccupied house on fire.

The Harris County Constable’s Office says the driver allegedly ran a stop sign early Monday, the car clipped a parked vehicle and then plowed into the house. The car burst into flames and set the home on fire.
