ANNAPOLIS — The Baltimore Ravens are planning to visit lawmakers in Annapolis on Thursday, and they’re bringing the Lombardi Trophy.

House Speaker Mike Busch and Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller Jr. told their respective chambers on Wednesday that the Super Bowl champions would be visiting.
