Hours after law enforcement authorities arrested Ahmad Khan Rahami, the 28-year-old Afghan-born U.S. citizen who police suspect was behind last weekend’s bombings in New Jersey and New York, Trump accused Clinton of downplaying the terror threat Americans face and championing policies that would allow radical Islamic groups to “continue their savagery and murder.”
