The former official White House photographer under the Obama administration threw some serious shade at President Trump on Instagram Monday with an old photo of Barack Obama using a cellphone in office.
The caption: “Glad he only tweeted out facts with his device.”

Pete Souza has been using his Instagram account to subtly — and not-so-subtly — troll the Trump White House during periods of bad headlines with parallel photos of Obama in similar situations.
After photos were posted online that appeared to show Trump getting briefed in public at his Mar-a-Lago resort following a North Korean missile launch, Souza fired back with an image of Obama having a discussion on the road in a “private, secure location set up onsite.”
When we were on the road, national security discussions and head of state phone calls were conducted in a private, secure location set up onsite. Everyone had to leave their Blackberry outside the area. In another instance, after reports that Trump had had a heated discussion with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, Souza posted a photo of Obama laughing with Australian leader.

And after Trump was photographed in the Oval Office surrounded only by male advisers, Souza posted a photo of Obama also in the Oval, with his advisers all in heels.
Meeting with top advisors. This is a full-frame picture. I guess you'd say I was trying to make a point.A post shared by Pete Souza (@petesouza) on Feb 6, 2017 at 9:29am PST
