The D.C. school board’s HIV/AIDS education workshop scheduled for Thursday evening has been canceled because Washington weather just won’t behave.
Due to the tornado watch earlier Thursday, the event will be rescheduled for early May and will still be held at Eastern Senior High School, officials said.
Ward 6 school board member Monica Warren-Jones was to host the Thursday workshop, featuring expert speakers.
