This morning on CBS This Morning, Hillary Clinton phoned in to discuss the terror attacks in Brussels and was cut off mid-thought.
HOST 1: Secretary Clinton, you’ve often said it’s not enough to contain ISIS, you have to defeat ISIS. What is your definition of defeat here, and do you think Europe has a handle on what’s happening there?
CLINTON: That’s a really important question and, uh, I don’t know that Europe has yet fully come to grips with the threat that, uh, ISIS poses, and remember there are other groups that are ISIS-like that are intent on radical jihadist terrorist attacks. So we’ve got to, uh, defeat ISIS and that means, uh, being in very close, uh cooperation…
