Anne Arundel County Police officers discovered 46-year-old Bryant Donell Bagley shot dead in Pumphrey Sunday morning.
Bagley, of the 800 block of N. Rose Street in Baltimore, was found on the 200 block of Bolivar Avenue after police responded to reports of a shooting at 1:12 a.m., police reported. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police are investigating the situation and are circulating flyers with Bagley’s photo offering a reward for any information.
