Archer Western Contractors of Baltimore was awarded an $88.9 million contract to design and construct enlisted personnel housing for the Army, the Defense Department recently announced. The firm will build two six-story, 222-person barracks, one six-story, 228-person barracks, and one operation facility at Fort Bragg, N.C. Construction is scheduled for completion by March 31, 2010.
