“Late Show” host Stephen Colbert released his own “tape” of a meltdown similar to the outtakes that leaked of MSNBC anchor Lawrence O’Donnell lambasting his production crew and complaining about noises in his ear piece.

“As a broadcaster, I sincerely feel for Lawrence O’Donnell in this clip. Hosting a television show is extremely stressful,” Colbert said on his show Thursday after showing clips of O’Donnell’s tirade. He added that it’s hard to perform with any distractions going on.
