Doing What He Does Best

The president is getting out of Washington and will, as Alexis Simendinger of Real Clear Politics reports:

… resume a busy fundraising schedule that was postponed by the 17-day government shutdown. As he appeals to Republicans for a bipartisan budget agreement early next year, Obama is also expected to condemn House conservatives during his speeches to Democratic donors for what he believes was the GOP’s failed and risky strategy of political brinksmanship.

Of the making of speeches and the raising of money, there is no end.
