‘Let’s go Brandon’ Christmas song goes viral

There’s a new Christmas track in 2021.

“Let’s Go Brandon Christmas” went viral in a day, gathering more than 32,600 YouTube views between Sunday and Monday. The musician performing the holiday rap is Forgiato Blow, whose previous “Let’s go Brandon”-themed music videos got hundreds of thousands of views.

“My wish came true — he’s getting impeached,” the lyrics go. “I told Santa we need Trump back. Four more years of 45 — I’m good with that.”

‘LET’S GO, BRANDON’ CHANT GETS A VIRAL DANCE

The artist’s nonholiday “Let’s Go Brandon Slide” has more than 1 million views on YouTube after it was posted on Oct. 28. The music video showed supporters of President Donald Trump in “Make America Great Again” apparel, with many marching and carrying U.S. flags.

Other songs based on the “Let’s go Brandon” chant have been chart-topping. Four versions by two different musicians had appeared in Apple Music’s Top 10 list, coming in at Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 6 as of Oct. 28.

The “Let’s go Brandon” chant began at an Oct. 2 interview between an NBC News sports reporter and NASCAR star Brandon Brown. The crowd behind the reporter repeatedly yelled, “F*** Joe Biden,” but she thought they were shouting, “Let’s go, Brandon.”
