Country singer Jake Flint unexpectedly died at the age of 37 on Saturday, just hours after he married his fiancee, Brenda.
Flint’s manager, Brenda Cline, announced Flint’s death in a Facebook post Sunday, expressing that she had a “broken heart” and was in “deep grief” over Flint’s sudden passing.

The cause of death is currently unknown, with the Oklahoman reporting he died suddenly in his sleep Saturday night.
Flint and his fiancee married each other in a ceremony at a remote house between Claremore, Oklahoma, and Owasso, per the report.
The widow shared a video to Facebook on Sunday showing the happy couple being photographed with the caption “I don’t understand.”

Flint resided in Mounds, Oklahoma, and was born and raised in Holdenville, Oklahoma. He released four albums during his career, with 2021’s Live and Socially Distanced at Mercury Lounge being his last.
