PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — The Rhode Island House has passed legislation designed to make it easier for police to track the cellphones of missing people.
The House approved the bill Wednesday. The Senate passed its own version of the bill last month. Following a final vote the bill will go to Gov. Lincoln Chafee (CHAY’-fee).
