Trump, Pence to meet with Ryan, McConnell in Washington

President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect Mike Pence will meet with Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell Thursday afternoon in Washington to discuss how they can hit the ground running next year, when Republicans will control both the White House and both chambers of Congress.

A Republican source said the meeting with Ryan will take place at 12:30 p.m. at the Capitol Hill Club, after Trump’s 11 a.m. meeting with outgoing Democratic President Obama.
