COVERT TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — The owners of the Palisades nuclear power plant in southwestern Michigan say they plan to hold simulated emergency exercises this week.
MLive.com reports (http://bit.ly/VYtHlG ) the exercises Tuesday at the plant in Van Buren County’s Covert Township include officials from the state of Michigan as well as Allegan, Berrien, and Van Buren counties.
