We’ve seen the video and read the story with the teen girls laughing while a Baltimore man was shot in a carryout restaurant. We’ve heard the outrage about bystanders not coming to the assistance of the victim. And we’ve heard the politicos talk about the mentality that seems to make this type of behavior acceptable.
