A nationwide exit poll shows almost half of voters believe Obamacare went too far.
About 45 percent told NBC News that the law went too far, while 31 percent believe it didn’t go far enough and 18 percent said it was just right, according to a nationwide exit poll released Tuesday.
The results come a few weeks after the Obama administration announced that Obamacare premiums would rise an average of 25 percent in 2017 and customers would have fewer options to choose from, after major insurers pulled away from the Affordable Care Act’s exchanges.
Republican nominee Donald Trump has pledged to repeal the law, while Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton wants to expand and fix parts of it.
