Retired NFL superstar Tom Brady confirmed Monday that he plans to begin his career as a broadcaster with Fox Sports during the 2024 football season.
He revealed to Colin Cowherd on his Fox Sports show The Herd with Colin Cowherd that he met with executives at Fox last week.
“I want to be great at what I do — talking, even last week, with the people at Fox Sports and the leadership there, allowing me to start my Fox opportunity in the fall of 2024, something that’s great for me,” he said.
“.@TomBrady tells @ColinCowherd on @FS1 that he will start his broadcast career with FOX in the Fall of 2024,” the show tweeted.

Earlier this month, Brady announced his retirement, which he said would be “for good” this time. This was the professional athlete’s second retirement, his first occurring last year. He came out of retirement just 40 days after the announcement.
However, he said that isn’t the case this time. “I know the process was a pretty big deal last time, so when I woke up this morning, I figured I’d press record and let you guys know first. It won’t be long-winded, you only get one super emotional retirement essay, and I used mine up last year,” he said in the most recent announcement.
