The Virginia State Crime Commission voted Wednesday to recommend outlawing a blend of synthetic marijuana known as “Spice” or “K2,” the Associated Press reports.
A number of state lawmakers have pre-filed bills for the upcoming General Assembly session, which convenes Jan. 12, that would create penalties for possession and distribution of synthetic marijuana.
