UPDATE, 5 P.M.: The Dunn Loring Metro station has reopened. But trains are still single-tracking in the area.
A man was struck by a train at the Dunn Loring Metrorail station around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, according to Metro.
The station is temporarily closed, and Orange Line trains are sharing one track between the Vienna and West Falls Church Metrorail stations.
Police believe the man intentionally placed himself in front of the train, according to their preliminary investigation.
Delays are expected throughout the afternoon.
