SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment offering military members and veterans free admission

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is offering one-day complimentary admissions to military members and veterans for its parks, which include SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens.

The offer, Waves of Honor, is extended to qualified members of the military, as well as veterans, according to a report.


Qualified individuals include: active members, retired members, honorably separated officers, and enlisted personnel, the report noted.

Each member is further invited to bring up to three guests, according to the report.

The complimentary tickets need to be obtained online, and they can be redeemed at the parks up to July 10, the report noted. Ticket registration ends May 15.

Verification of an individual’s status can be completed through a link provided on the SeaWorld or Busch Gardens websites, according to the report. Former service members are asked to provide military ID at the entrance.

Over 10 million guests, active-duty military members, veterans, and their families have used the Waves of Honor program to receive a free visit at one of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment’s theme parks since the program’s inception in 2005, the report noted.
