The Flash actor Ezra Miller has hit another speed bump with the law.

Law enforcement responded to an incident at a private residence in Pahoa, Hawaii, where Miller became irate after being asked to leave and reportedly threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead and giving her an approximate half-inch cut, officials said. He was arrested at 1:30 a.m. for assault in the second degree after being located on the roadway during a traffic stop, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
