‘SNL’: Student gets erection right before walkout to protest gun violence

A sketch in this week’s “Saturday Night Live” showed students planning to stand up against gun violence as part of the National School Walkout on April 20.

However, despite one teenage student’s excitement about the event (the student is played by guest host John Mulaney), a hand on the shoulder by a female classmate gives him an unwanted erection at an inopportune time.

The sketch makes light of a real planned event for April 20, when students across the country are planning to participate in a walkout against gun violence.

The event is the latest demonstration led by students following the Feb. 14 shooting at a high school in Parkland, Fla., that left 17 people dead.
