Ever since Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie became engaged, there has been speculation on when and where they might say “I do.”
Many news outlets have been reporting the power couple will wed sometime this year, more specifically in August.
But while promoting his new gangster film, “Killing Them Softly,” at Cannes, Brad told reporters the save-the-dates hadn’t been printed yet.
“We have no date at all right now — there is no date. We’re still hoping for marriage equality in the States before we [get married],” he said.
Wedding talk soon turned to kid talk. When Brad was asked if he minded playing a killer on screen, the 48-year-old said, “Not at all. Violence is an accepted part of the gangster world. I’d have a harder time playing a racist than some guy who shoots another guy in the face.”
Added Brad: “Ever seen them butcher a cow for hamburger? It’s incredibly brutal and violent. We live in a very violent world.”
The Situation opens up about life after completing rehab
Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has a big challenge ahead of him: staying sober while filming an MTV reality show.
The Sitch sat down with the cable network for his first interview since getting out of rehab for his prescription medication addiction.
“Ever since I’ve been out, I’m not gonna lie … it’s not easy,” Mike tells MTV. “But at the same time, where I’m at right now, I’m at a good place. But it took a little bit to get there. In the beginning? A lot of rainy days, so to speak. A lot of rainy days.”
The “Jersey Shore” star checked into the Cirque Lodge in Utah in March and completed his program in early April.
Mike said his biggest challenge at the beginning of his treatment was detoxing, and then dealing with himself. “I’d wake up and just be extremely disappointed with myself,” he said. “Like, ‘I can’t believe I got here. How did I get here?’ ”
The Sitch told MTV that sobriety has been a huge struggle for him, especially the first few days.
“It feels like you’re not gonna recover,” he said. “It feels like an impossible deed … [but] day by day it gets better.”
Ray J hospitalized after run-in with Whitney’s family
Did Ray J overdo it in Vegas this weekend?
The singer was in town for Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards, and by Monday, he landed in the hospital.
Ray J’s rep told CNN on Tuesday that he went to the hospital and “will remain there for treatment for exhaustion and jet lag.”
After a tense run-in with Whitney Houston’s family at the awards ceremony over where he was seated during her tribute, he was later found in his hotel room “extremely disoriented” and “out of it,” MTV says.
Since Whitney s death, he has been outspoken about his grief, saying, “I really miss my friend, you know, I really do. I’m still hurting.”
The two were rumored to be dating on and off up until her death.
