Former adult film star Stormy Daniels reportedly plans to donate her earnings to Planned Parenthood if she wins her legal battle against President Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen.
According to the Daily Beast, Daniels revealed in her upcoming Penthouse magazine interview that she will donate the $130,000 she might get in her defamation lawsuit to Planned Parenthood in Trump and Cohen’s names.
“I don’t have shame. You can’t bully me,” Daniels told the adult magazine for an issue set to hit shelves on May 8, in regards to her lawsuit and allegations which have dominated much of the national news cycle for the past few months.
The adult film star, who real name is Stephanie Clifford, is suing the president’s personal lawyer for defamation, extending her prior legal battle against Trump, with whom she claims to have had an extramarital sexual encounter more than a decade ago. Daniels has argued the nondisclosure agreement she signed prior to the 2016 election, accompanied by $130,000 payment from Cohen, is invalid because Trump never signed the document.
The president has denied knowing about the payment made as part of a nondisclosure agreement, telling reporters earlier this month, “You’ll have to ask Michael Cohen. Michael is my attorney. You’ll have to ask Michael.”
