Minneapolis mayor issues 8 p.m. curfew through the weekend after three nights of violent protests

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey issued an 8 p.m. curfew in the city throughout the weekend after three nights of violent protests in the wake of George Floyd’s death.

The curfew will take place Friday through Sunday in an attempt to calm the unrest the city has seen throughout the week.
