Four Supreme Court justices to attend Harvard event next week

Four Supreme Court justices are expected to attend Harvard Law School’s bicentennial celebration next week.

It is anticipated that Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Anthony Kennedy, Stephen Breyer, and Elena Kagan will kick off the 200-year commemoration as part of a procession to the law school on Harvard’s campus on Oct. 26. Retired Justice David Souter is also expected to attend. They all attended Harvard Law School, as did Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who is not expected to attend.
