WASHINGTON (AP) — CBS and CNN have let a 72-hour window lapse to appeal a military judge’s order releasing un-aired interview footage of a woman at the center of a sexual assault case.

Jennifer Zeldis, a military judiciary spokeswoman, confirmed Tuesday that neither network gave notice of an appeal during the window.
