Miss. Power names Huggins to oversee construction

GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) — Mississippi Power Co. has named John Huggins to oversee construction at Kemper County and other locations.

Huggins replaces Tommy Anderson, the former vice president of generation development, who resigned in the wake of more than $1 billion of cost overruns at the Kemper County facility.
