Six suspects are charged with stealing nearly $15,000 in cologne at an Ulta Beauty store in Chicago on Friday.
Four adult suspects, Peaches Johnson, 29, Kamal Hoskins, 25, Roy Crane, 21, and Darnell Profit, 19, are charged with one count of burglary and one count of retail theft, while two additional suspects, both minors, face related felonies, according to the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office.

Oak Brook police responded to a call regarding a vehicle, parked outside of the Ulta Beauty store located at 2155 West 22nd St., as a vehicle that was suspected of being involved in illegal activity earlier that day, Fox 32 Chicago reported. The suspects had fled with the stolen items before law enforcement arrived at the scene.
The five male suspects, wearing hoodies and ski masks, rushed into the store and stole 153 bottles of cologne, according to prosecutors. They allegedly carried out three garbage bags containing $15,000 worth of stolen merchandise.

The getaway vehicle was later found driving southbound on Interstate 294 and the suspects were taken into custody.

“These criminal incidents that have been proliferating across the region must stop,” Oak Brook Chief of Police James Kruger said in a statement.
Johnson’s bond was set at $175,000, and Hoskins, Crane, and Profit’s bonds were set at $100,000, according to Fox 32 Chicago.
