Prince George’s County police said Saturday that two suspects are in custody in connection with a March homicide in Edmonston.
Police said 24-year-old Frederick Scott and 24-year-old Malik Huff, both of Hyattsville, are accused of fatally shooting a District man after a fight inside the Surf Club on March 4.
Phillip Watson, 30, of Northeast D.C., was found suffering multiple gunshot wounds outside the club, located on the 4700 block of Kenilworth Avenue, at about 1 a.m. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
Scott was apprehended earlier this month in Las Vegas and is awaiting extradition to Prince George’s County. Huff was arrested Friday in the county and is being held without bond, police said.
